Cultural Sensitivity

Our interpreters already act as a cultural bridge, providing cultural footnotes to ensure accurate and precise communication between the parties involved (lawyer/client, doctor/patient, etc.)

Our interpreters do not voice personal opinions, dispense advice, or make value judgements; they are respectful and impartial.


Confidentiality

e Facilities Management and Solutions will maintain strict confidentiality about its clients. Our interpreters and translators are required to have written consent from the client and will share information only with the authorized parties listed by the client. Likewise, consultants and technical trainers are committed to the utmost discretion, even maintaining client anonymity when necessary.
